Purses: Purses may be returned within 48 of receipt with shipping covered by the buyer. A full refund will be issued.
If a package is marked as delivered and is not received, please contact your local post office to locate the package. Unfortunately I am not able to offer a refund if the package is not located.
Custom designed purses are all considered final sales and are not returnable or refundable.
